10 Most Anticipated Horror TV Shows Of 2026

Since its very first episode in 2021, Yellowjackets has gone on to become something of a TV sensation, now with three seasons and a loyal army of fans to its name. Bittersweet then was the news that there would be more to come, but that would then be it.

The show has benefitted from a unique storytelling approach that has seen its plot unfold across two different timelines, namely following the teenage survivors of a plane crash in 1996, and 25 years later with the survivors attempting to piece their lives back together.

With Emmy nominations aplenty, in particular for the sensational Melanie Lynskie, and the season three finale being the most watched episode in the show's history, the stage is set for season four to bring potentially the best from the series yet. At the very least, and similarly to the previous entry, the promise of seeing the story end is enough to be excited about already, even if the details themselves are scarce.
