10 Most Expensive TV Shows Of All Time

7. Westworld - $10 Million Per Episode

Band Of Brothers
HBO

It is not surprising that Westworld costs a fair amount of money. The show has an incredibly high production value that has become a staple of HBO shows. This is not to mention the cost of actors like Evan Rachel Wood, Tessa Thompson, Jeffrey Wright and Anthony Hopkins in the first season.

It is clear where the show's money has gone, with visuals that far outpace its 1973 movie counterpart. Westworld has also gathered the audience to justify its large budget, with the third season ending recently on HBO.

The show had a rocky start, partly due to its $25 million pilot, taking a quarter of the show's budget immediately. The show achieved massive success after that however, with episodes in the range of $8-10 million
