6. Loretta Brown
Cleveland Brown was a favourite around Quahog, eventually leaving the town for his ultimately ill-fated spin off in Virginia. One character that couldn’t have been further from Peter’s neighbour on the popularity scale however, was his first wife, Loretta.
She was never particularly given a great personality to begin with, and fans never took to her. However, she wasn’t necessarily hated until she cheated on her husband. She was essentially bored of him, and felt he lacked passion, so her answer was to sleep with his best friend, Quagmire.
Several years later, she even had the audacity to return to Cleveland to try and win him back. Thankfully, he refused her, as if anything, accepting her back would have put a dent in his own popularity. In Virginia, Cleveland married Donna Tubbs, who everyone can agree was a much better wife to him than Loretta ever was.
It comes to something when even the creators of the show didn’t like her enough that they killed her off. Loretta died in The Cleveland Show’s first season, and there is no one upset that she didn’t get to return to Quahog one last time.
