10 Most Inventive Ways That Doctor Who Has Killed Off Its Own Characters

5. Death By Tissue Compression Eliminator (Terror Of The Autons onwards)

Its originality has obvious been eroded a little by repetition but the Master's unique form of dispatching his enemies is one of the show's most inventive forms of death. A big problem with killing people is what to do with the body. It's a real strain to try and cram it into a cupboard and dead bodies are a pain to move (just check out Walter White and Jesse's struggles in Breaking Bad). The TCE removes this problem by not just killing your victim but turning them into a handy action figure size which you can hide in a convenient lunch box. Do take care to read the safety manual however. The Master came a-cropper when he experimented with it, leading to the pint sized, velvet clad villain being chased around by Peri. How embarrassing. This might explain why he decided to ditch the old TCE and design himself a Laser Screwdriver. Either that or he was bored of people mistaking his TCE for a dildo.
