10 Most Paused Rick And Morty Moments

The last most paused moment comes from the exceptionally well-executed A Rickle in Time.

The episode directly follows Ricksy Business with Rick, Summer and Morty still frozen in time after the chaotic party they threw the night before.

Because of their time-meddling, when Summer and Morty begin to argue it creates a rift of uncertainty. This visually splits the viewers perspective in two as we witness both versions of the scenario play out simultaneously with the one constant of Rick.

Unfortunately, a fourth-dimensional being shows up due to the Sanchez clan essentially ripping time apart and goes to take them all to time prison. Rick then begins to break the timeline further by creating an almost infinite amount of versions of himself to beat up the being.

This causes the screen to be split again into dozens of tiny individually animated frames. Viewers that paused can make out that each one is indeed an entirely separate animation from the rest.
