10 South Park Fates Worse Than Death

One day, Cartman brags to the boys how he has hit puberty. As proof, he reveals a clump of pubic hair given to him by a 9th grader called Scott. When the boys explain to him that you have to grow pubic hair to reach puberty, Cartman realises he's been duped and plots revenge against Scott.

However, every attempt to get back at Scott backfires. In the final scene, Cartman orchestrates a plan where Scott will eat at a chilli cook-off, unaware that his meal contains pubic hair. Scott learns of the scheme and so, has his chilli swapped for Cartman's.

HOWEVER, Cartman predicted this so when Scott is chowing down on his meal, Cartman reveals the truth: Scott is eating his parents.

The night before, he had Scott's parents shot, chopped up, ground down, and chucked into the chilli. As Scott finds his mother's finger in his meal, he starts vomiting and crying hysterically while Cartman licks his tears dry.

This is often considered to be Cartman's evilest act and it's fair to say Scott will never ever ever get over it.
