Okay, sure, this version of the Mandarin was by no means accurate, but he was definitely entertaining - being probably the best addition to the MCU from Iron Man 3.
The All Hail to the King short that followed the aforementioned Iron Man film gave audiences a look at the character's prison life, as well as a scene that saw an agent of the true Mandarin (the one set to appear in Shang-Chi), yet Slattery has not returned to the cinematic universe since - a true shame seeing how fun he was to see onscreen.
Now, slotting him into one of the Disney Plus shows that have been announced so far would likely be difficult, the character not really fitting into any of the arenas of the heroes that are receiving series, but, if possible, Marvel should try to make it happen.
