10 Things We Learned From The Community Cast Reunion

The number one question any fan has for the cast of Community is about the prophesied movie. Since the Season 2 episode Paradigms of Human Memory, the show has promised six seasons and a movie. The sixth season aired in 2015, but the movie has yet to take form. The Table Read has shed some light on the film’s status with the cast and Harmon.

While explaining Troy’s current status at sea, Glover commented that he was “writing the movie on the fly.” Harmon also mockingly took notes, implying he would use Glover’s story idea for the movie’s script. Pudi also supported the story idea, and Harmon officially approved, saying “It writes itself.”

At the end of the zoom call, the cast were asked who would want to return for a movie. Everyone raised their hand, except for Glover who said “I’d need to read it.” However, he seems to really enjoy his time on Community, as well as this community of people, so he would probably want to return after all, especially if the movie follows his story idea.

With a little luck, we’ll be able to watch the inevitable Community movie sometime soon.
