Blimey. Billie Piper just can't get enough in the Doctor department, can she? Travelling with the Ninth and Tenth Doctors wasn't enough for her, apparently, because she had to go and get up, close and personal with the Eleventh, too. The word "obsessive" comes to mind. Perhaps it's a different kind of doctor she should be pursing...? Seriously, though. Matt and Billie have made no secret of the fact that they're real life BFFs and seeing them together is enough to melt your Whovian heart(s). Unless you're seeing them together in Secret Diary of a Call Girl, of course, which is an image that will effectively destroy your soul. Unless you like that sort of thing. Their shared screen presence is much more bearable in the BBC's adaptations of Philip Pullman's The Ruby in the Smoke (2006) and The Shadow in the North (2007), which starred Billie as Sally Lockhart and Matt as the 'loveable ragamuffin' Jim Taylor. Loveable ragamuffin. That's just Matt all over, really, isn't it?
