2. Jeffrey DeMunn Has Been In All Of Frank Darabount's Major Projects

The Shawshank Redemption. The Green Mile. The Mist. All three of these films were directed by Frank Darabount. All three feature appearances by Jeffrey DeMunn. All three are based on stories by horror legend Stephen King. The DeMunn-Darabount connection doesn't stop at King adaptations, however. DeMunn, of course, appeared on the first season of The Walking Dead, and made it all the way to the second year before finally meeting his fate. Rumour has it that when Darabount was shown the door, DeMunn was no longer interested in continuing on with the role. Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, however, stated simple dramatic reasons were the reason for the popular character being killed off seemingly early. Besides The Walking Dead and the King films, DeMunn also took part in Darabount's other big screen outing, The Majestic. When Darabount's name is attached, look for DeMunn to appear.
