10 Truly Terrible Movies From The Game Of Thrones Cast

4. The Last Witch Hunter - Rose Leslie

Rotten Tomatoes score: 16%

Remarkably, the aforementioned Seventh Son isn't even the worst received '80s throwback slice of fantasy cheese about witch hunters starring half of Game Of Thrones' beyond-the-wall romance. That's thanks to former wildling Leslie showing up here as a helpful witch bartender who teams up with the titular medieval immortal to take down even worse witches.

Directed by Sahara's Breck Eisner, The Last Witch Hunter lacks the goofy pulp charm to make this Highlander knock-off work, pushing star Vin Diesel's charisma into a self-serious, murky world of portentously clunky exposition and uninvolving, poorly framed action.

Leslie features alongside fellow alum-of-iconic-fantasy Elijah Wood (once again presumably in the hope that the movie will gain some reflected quality from their better work) as Diesel's two boring sidekicks, but she lacks her core Game Of Thrones trait of mocking her co-star's seriousness and taking him down a peg. Here she is the most absurdly earnest of the bunch.

They Said: "A smorgasbord of empty calories, the Vin Diesel vehicle 'The Last Witch Hunter,' for all its overstuffed visuals, leaves you hungry. But not for more." (The New York Times)
