10 TV Characters You Never Expected To Be Killed Off
7. Andrea Cantillo - Breaking Bad
Though he was far from innocent himself, there were few characters who suffered more throughout Breaking Bad than Jesse Pinkman. His family all but disowned him, he was emotionally abused and manipulated by the closest thing he had to a father figure, and he saw more than one person he cared about die.
One of the most harrowing scenes in the entire show was when Walter White stood by and watched Jane Margolis die while lying next to Jesse, but she wasn't the only girlfriend whose death he had to endure.
Jesse had previously been in a serious relationship with Andrea, so serious that he couldn't face telling her the truth about what he did for a living, and so he broke their relationship off. You'd have been forgiven for thinking the character wasn't going to be seen again, and that seemed as though it was the case for a little while.
However, she was dragged back into Walter White's destructive gravity as she was killed by Todd as punishment for Jesse trying to escape his confinement. She was about as innocent as anyone could get in Breaking Bad, no longer connected to anyone dangerous and had found a good life for herself with her son. However, that didn't stop the show from dragging her back in just to kill her off.
