In The Beast From The Belly Of A Boeing, The A-Team is called in to deal with a hijacked Boeing 747, and at the end of the episode, Hannibal is forced to execute an emergency landing. This results in the plane crashing through a huge airport window, and during this shot, a surprised extra at the bottom of the frame can be seen chucking her fake baby into the air while fleeing from the plane.

It's a moment of ridiculous comedy that doesn't fit with the episode - or the series as a whole - in the slightest. So how did it even happen?

Well, it turns out that this shot is actually stock footage from the classic 1980 comedy Airplane, a movie that is renowned for its over-the-top gags.
