11 Greatest TV Villains Of 2015 (So Far)

6. Dottie Underwood - Agent Carter

Originally introduced to Peggy Carter and viewers of the show as just a girl from Iowa, who wishes to become a ballet dancer. However, there€™s a lot more to her than meets the eye. Her motives and who she is working for aren€™t totally clear for much of the series, as she gets on well with Peggy, and although she murders one of her coworkers, when her fighting skills are revealed it is through the killing of a man who was going to kill Peggy. She€™s later revealed to be an agent working for Leviathan, who was trained in the same Red Room as Black Widow. She kills a dentist by drilling into his eye, helps plant a device that causes a theatre full of people to murder each other, and comes very close to killing Peggy. Essentially she€™s like an evil version of Natasha Romanoff, which makes for excellent exploration of the assassination programme but also a great villain in her own right, one who is a match for Peggy and, best of all, still alive so could appear in again in the future.
