11 TV Shows That Deserved Another Season
10. Happy Endings
When Happy Endings first aired in 2011, it looked set to be the perfect hangout sitcom - a Friends for the modern era. The 6 core cast members were impossibly funny and their chemistry was flawless. Every good comedian in America popped by to guest star and there were recurring performances from sitcom giants like Megan Mullally and Rob Corddry.
Despite the winning formula, the show always struggled for ratings, partly due to ABC's scattershot approach to scheduling. The third season had the lowest ratings yet, leading to its cancellation after it was shunted around between 3 different timeslots. A reunion and possible new season has been teased frequently since Happy Endings finished in 2013, including in a cryptic tweet by the writers of the show in February of last year. However, there is no evidence that it's actually happening, despite the cast expressing interest. Come on, execs! Get Adam Pally back on TV and keep him there.
