12 TV Shows That Will Probably Be Cancelled In 2019

10. Rel

Lil Rel Howery
Fox

Rel, created by and starring Lil Rel Howery, centres on a nurse living in Chicago, whose life is turned upside down when he discovers his wife is having an affair with his barber.

Despite the comedic chops of Howery, who had a great supporting part in Get Out, the show hasn't caught on with viewers in its debut year: its Fox's lowest-rated sitcom by a fair decent, with its ratings recently slipping below 500,000 in the 18-49 demo, and although it then bounced back strong for its finale, it hasn't been a strong performer overall. Fox have had no qualms about cancelling their live-action comedies - last year they scrapped Ghosted, The Mick, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine - so Rel is in real danger right now.
