Donna was hindered by the fact she didn't have any pockets in The Runaway Bride (in her defence, though, she was wearing a wedding dress!) so it was a good job that the Doctor was there once again to save the day. Not only did he have pockets, but they were bigger on the inside, too. Just 'cause. And the 2006 Christmas Special wasn't the first time our hero had a timely trick up his sleeve. Or rather, in his pocket. Over the years, he's pulled out teddy bears, spoons, diaries, a recorder and even the odd yo-yo to boot, so you literally never know what he's going to whip out next. So to speak. And Mary Poppins thought her carpet bag was cool...
