 The Garden of Sinners is a series of movies based around the famous light novels that were released during the late 90s. The novels were based around the character Shiki Ryogi, a demon hunter who comes from clan of people who have an extreme case of split personality disorder.

Without spoiling too much of the show for people, this scene comes from The Garden of Sinner's fifth film called Paradox Spiral and although it is beautifully put together, even slightly resembling the work Studio Gonzo did with Linkin Park's Breaking The Habit music video, it doesn't take away from the violence that follows which makes it even more awesome.
