3. Meet Gus Fring - Better Call Saul
Gus Fring is one of the all-time great TV villains; calm, intelligent but also utterly ruthless, he certainly gave poor Walt and Jesse a hard time during seasons three and four of Breaking Bad. His ultimate demise is one of the legendary moments of the series, and the only downside was it definitely ruled out a future return.
Thankfully prequel series Better Call Saul is able to work around that problem, with season three proudly delivering a teaser trailer taking us back to Los Pollos Hermanos and Gus himself. Given the trajectory of Saul, it was inevitable other characters from Breaking Bad would crop up, and Fring’s return promises scary times ahead.
Plus it will just be cool to see Giancarlo Esposito back in the role.
