20 Best TV Shows Of 2022 (So Far)
15. Love, Death + Robots (Season 3)
Netflix's daring animated anthology Love, Death + Robots has always been one of the streaming service's most electrifying properties, but it's never been as great as it should be until its third season.
Dialling back the gratuitous sex and violence that dulled many of its promising early adventures, the show's gripping third season benefits from a smaller episode count and more refined ideas, which alternate between the surreal (Night of the Mini Dead) and the hauntingly beautiful (Jibaro).
With a wide variety of equally stunning animation, all nine episodes of Love, Death + Robots' third season are wildly inventive and surprisingly attuned to the world we live in. It's a magnificent achievement, and just goes to show how much gas it still has in the tank. It could run forever.
