20 Mind-Blowing Facts You Never Knew About The Big Bang Theory
12. Fans Everywhere
The Big Bang has become a bit of a worldwide phenomenon, but its fans stretch further afar than the United Kingdom and America. During a trip to Borneo, Chuck Lorre had to give ID to a hotel clerk who looked at his name, looked up and simply said The Big Bang Theory. Similarly, there was actually a dodgy copy being filmed in Belarus called The Theorists, featuring four scientists known as Sheldon, Leo, Hovart and Raj, with a blonde waitress called Natasha living next door. Does that all sound a little familiar? Funnily enough, the actors of the Belarusian version werent actually aware they were starring in a rip off and when they found out, they all left sharpish and production was pulled.
