9. Super-Fast Cybermen That Move Really Oddly

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0VZlIM_ZIw Series 7's Nightmare in Silver featured super-advanced nigh-unstoppable Cybermen who could move really quickly. Sort of. In all honesty, what they actually did was a speeded-up shuffle or, as in the above clip, flicker through a bunch of static, standing shots with the Cyberman getting closer in each frame. Both approaches were lame, to say the very least. Here's an idea. It's wild and wacky and way out there, but let's see how it holds up. If they want to move from A to B much faster than old-school Cybermen, they could, well... just run?
