10. Tom Baker Tells A Dalek To "Spack Off!"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kj-1-TPAv58 1979's Destiny of the Daleks introduces Lalla Ward's Romana II and so it can be forgiven any sin. However, there is one scene that desperately needed another take or, at least, some urgent voice dubbing. It's the scene where the Fourth Doctor orders the Daleks to "Spack off!" or he'll kill Davros. And no, that wasn't a typo. He actually says "Spack off!". Tom Baker is probably trying to say "Back off" but he mis-delivers the line... just a bit. How could the director, Ken Grieve, possibly think it was acceptable to leave that mistake in?
