8. Glyn Jones
Glyn Jones will be fondly remembered by Doctor Who fans as being one of the select few who contributed to the series both on and off screen. As well as writing the 1965 First Doctor serial The Space Museum and its accompanying novelisation, ten years later he found himself stranded on Earth as Krans in the Fourth Doctor's 1975 adventure The Sontaran Experiment. He passed away on 2nd April, aged 82.
