A third straight Saw alumni. Michael Emerson played Zepp in the original Saw film - the hospital orderly you're originally led to believe is, in fact, Jigsaw. Of course, he's not - instead he's just another victim in Jigsaw's sadistic games. On the X-Files, Emerson appeared in Sunshine Days - the second to last episode of season nine, the final season prior to the upcoming revival. There, he plays a man with psychic powers who uses them to remodel his home as the one from the Brady Bunch - complete with the Brady family from time to time, as the show had a huge impact on him as a child. As a bonus - there was a slightly higher profile fourth Saw alum to appear on The X-Files: Carey Elwes would play FBI A.D. Brad Follmer, a recurring character in the final season of the show.
