Status: This series is in development by Universal TV. Pitch: A female librarian and male actor can freeze time when they orgasm. Each thought they were the only one who could do so, but now they've found each other and they're planning a bank robbery. Odds of Success Onscreen: Strong. Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky's story is funny, original and a natural fit for TV. Fraction and Kelly Sue DeConnick, a power couple in comics scriptwriting, are producing. The main challenge will be finding a mainstream venue that lets it be as explicit as it needs to be.
