With Ray Palmer totally, totally dead (honest…) in the aftermath of Arrow’s Season 3 finale, we find out here that Ray’s beloved company has been left to Felicity in his will.

Whether young Miss Smoak ever manages to get hold of the company remains to be seen, with the early moments of Green Arrow establishing the fact that Felicity will have to prove herself worthy of taking control of such a huge organisation.
