32 WTF Moments From Marvel's Jessica Jones

15. Train Wreck

A drunken PI with superhuman strength is likely to scare the pants off of anybody. Unfortunately for Wendy, Jeri Hogarth€™s ex, it€™s her who is shaken up by Jessica here. Again in a very non-hero type of way, Jessica drunkenly drops Wendy in front of a speeding train before then having to make a last minute save. It€™s only then that we get to see Jones staring into the bright light of the on-coming train as she seemingly contemplates just letting it hit her.

14. Dead Ruben

Poor, poor Ruben. All the guy wanted to do was deliver banana bread. In the first half of the series, Ruben had quickly become one of the most likeable characters as he tried to woo Jessica with his baking skills. Sadly for him, things came to a sticky end courtesy of Kilgrave. Dead on her feet and hungover to hell (or likely still drunk), Jessica crawls into her bed only to realise that she€™s lying in a pool of blood. This blood, of course, belonged to Ruben, who was lying next to her having sliced his own throat. This was a massively shocking moment and one that saw our titular heroine seemingly decide that she can€™t cope with all of this and comes up with her masterplan to get locked up in Super Max. Luckily for her, Malcolm ends up getting rid of the body as Trish tries to talk some sense into Jones. Then again, things went even more WTF when Jones turned up at the police station with Ruben€™s severed head.
