If you weren't expecting the Bruce Campbell cameo in episode 5, the sight of him dressed up as Ronald Reagan came as a thoroughly pleasant surprise. Campbell is always a pleasure to watch and his performance here is as entertaining as you'd expect. That said, his speech which starts the episode isn't necessarily too easy to follow, as it intercuts with a particularly messy bloodbath...
