Dealing with the massacre unfolding at the motel in Sioux Falls is one thing, but for Lou there's another more pressing concern waiting for him back at home - Betsy, his cancer-stricken wife. As the gunfire rages and the bodies pile up, unbeknownst to Lou his wife has taken a nasty fall. To top things off her father, Hank, has been shot in the guts - could it be that Lou is about to lose not one but two of the people he loves the most?
