3. Arrow
Arrow is a show on the CW about billionaire playboy Oliver Queen. At the beginning of the series, Queen is involved in a ship wreck that leaves him stranded on an island for five years. Then he's found and comes back to his hometown of Starling City as a new man. He comes back and becomes The Green Arrow. The show is loosely based on the comic book character but darker, and darker in the best way possible. I think the CW network was trying to find a replacement for it's long running episodic show Smallville and I think they found their answer in Arrow. Oliver Queen isn't your average hero, he's almost an anti-hero who has an agenda. He's back to make a difference in his city, and he does it by any means necessary, including killing. The show is dark, dramatic and incredibly alluring. It really sucks you in. The show is coming back for it's second season soon. So again, this is another show you have time to catch up on. If you're a fan of comic books, super heroes or just good TV shows in general, give Arrow a chance. It won't disappoint.
