Westeros has so many characters that are genuinely hated, its hard to know whose death would cause the biggest outcry of joy. However, almost in total unison fans have stood up and said that one person more than all others is pure evil; Ramsay Snow/Bolton. He is a sadistic, merciless individual, who has for far too long now, continued to get away with some of the most heinous crimes known in Westeros. The brutal flaying of Theon Greyjoy always sticks in mind, but the wedding night rape of Sansa Stark still takes the title of the most shocking moment.
Fans have long since predicted his demise, and all have their own preference on just how they wish to see him die.
