5 Doctor Who Books You Have To Read In 2015

3. Doctor Who: Character Encyclopedia

Another book that is exactly what it says in the title: an encyclopaedia of Doctor Who characters. It covers all manner of characters - companions, aliens, Time Lords, humans, robots and more, and it even has an 'Entity' section, too! Each page is dedicated to one character, looking at who they are, information on their origin and occupation, which Doctors they met, and little bits of trivia regarding their respective tenures on the show. It's presented well, very image-centric and light on text. So, who is this book best for? It's a book any Whovian can enjoy, perhaps more suited for younger fans. It's obviously a fantastic tool for anybody who wants to learn more about the show's characters. As for price, the RRP is £12.99 though it is currently priced as low as £5 at some retailers.
