Dr. Spacemen 30 Rock
In the first episode of this once great show, a delusional Tracey Morgan calls for his medical professional, Dr. Spaceman. We assume this can only be a figment of his fevered mind but then the doctor arrives and hes real (but pronounced sper-chemmen). It quickly becomes clear that the good doctors mind is as twisted as Traceys, and its a toss-up between the two over who gets the most shocking lines. Played with an air of matter-of-fact bafflement by SNL stalwart Chris Parnell, Dr. Spaceman is used sparingly but always to fine effect.
