6 Ways Rick Grimes Could Leave The Walking Dead

Rick fulfilled Carl's dying wish and kept Negan alive, but there were a few unhappy campers at the Hilltop. Maggie, Jesus and Daryl voiced their opinions on how Rick was wrong to not kill the tyrant, especially because of what he had done to Glenn and Abraham.

The young widow made a plan with Daryl and Jesus to build up the Hilltop, to increase their defence, and then show Rick that he was wrong. You know what they say, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. So will Maggie's master plan result in Rick's death?

While Rick might be able to forgive Negan for all that he has done, Maggie will never be able to. He took her husband away from her in the most vicious way possible, leaving her baby without father. Maggie's goal for the past two seasons has been to make sure Negan pays for his crimes, and she will stop at nothing to make this fantasy become a reality. But what if Rick stands in her way? Will she do what she deems necessary and kill Rick so that she can kill Negan? It's possible.

Interestingly Lauren Cohan - who plays Maggie on the show - will also have a reduced role in Season 9 as she will be starring in new ABC series Whiskey Cavalier, so could Maggie also end up a casualty of her own rebellion?
