8 Ways Brooklyn Nine-Nine Could End
2. A Full On Die Hard
Brooklyn Nine-Nine has dipped its toes into Die Hard once or twice - or thousands of times if you count every time Jake has mentioned it - but, while the smaller parodies like the Season 7 trailer and the episode "Yippie Kiyak" have been fun, it's about time they delivered on the main course and gave fans a full-on Die Hard.
There are many ways this could work, but one that makes the most sense would be for the Nine-Nine itself to be the source of the conflict. Watching as the precinct becomes engrossed in a hostage situation would be stressful, but seeing the cast spring into action and saving everyone would be thrilling and rewarding.
It would also be fantastic to see the detectives in action, as while the laughs would be there, it would be incredible to see the skills they've learned throughout the show tested to the max in one final challenge where they need to pull together.
This would also be an opportune moment to feature a Bruce Willis cameo. While the chances that they've secured him for the series is slim, it would undoubtedly be an epic surprise to end the show on.
