9 Game Of Thrones Characters Who Need Spin-Off Shows

4. Arya Stark

Game Of Thrones Tyrion
HBO

Arya Stark was one of the most intriguing characters in Game of Thrones. We followed her story as she escaped from the Lannisters following the execution of her father, to her travels in Braavos, where she became a deadly assassin after training with the Faceless Men. Arya showed that she was calculated and cold-hearted as she returned home in the final seasons, dishing out revenge to the Freys who had killed her mother and brother Robb at the Red Wedding.

Before playing the key role in bringing down the White Walkers by landing the fatal blow to the Night King, the long character development we had seen of Arya did come to a satisfying fruition, as she played an important role in the final episodes. Whilst we saw her traumatised and vulnerable as she escaped from the eye of the storm during Daenerys' fiery invasion in the penultimate episode, that also showcased her heroism as she helped others escape.

In the final episode, we saw Arya leaving Westeros to set off and explore uncharted lands, beyond where all the maps end. A series showing us those travels would provide a great opportunity to see those countries that are not under rule of the Seven Kingdoms. Arya's story could easily be picked back up, where we can once again see her prowess as an assassin and fighter as she seeks further adventure in mysterious lands, putting the traumatic events of Game of Thrones behind her.
