7. Boo - Flebag
Only three characters from the first season of Amazon's Fleabag appear in every episode of the first season: The title character, her sister Claire, and Boo, her best friend who passed away not long before the first season began. Throughout the season, we flash back to Fleabag and Boo's friendship and get a sense of who Boo was as Fleabag both mourns her and accepts responsibility for her death.
However, once Season 2 rolls around, Boo has about as much screen time as you'd expect for a dead character. The flashbacks are few and far between, with the focus shifting from Boo to a potential relationship with the Hot Priest. She appears only in three episodes of the season, and two are just cameos.
Boo even misses the season and series finale, not even getting a mention in the episode. Though Fleabag found some closure with Boo, the audience never got as much.
