4. Inferno
Dante (because what other normal name would you give a character called Inferno?) Pertuz was another 'normal' human until his exposure to the Mists, which revealed his true powers. He has the ability to create fire out of nowhere, and can control the temperature of it, endure extreme heat, shoot plasma blasts, and turn his whole body into a flaming rock form. They're pretty devastating powers, but if he was just starting out and learning to control them, then it'd make sense for S.H.I.E.L.D. to want to find him and help him harness those powers. They might have to dial it down a little bit, but the show's budget should stretch far enough to make the character work convincingly, and he's another one with links to the already confirmed Lash, so there's an obvious fit for him within the world.
