5. Reader

Reader hails from just outside of Attilan, and his exposure to the Terrigen Mists left with the ability to read a word and then have that come to life. Because of this great power he was much feared, and his people put his eyes out. Now he has developed a number of brail cards that allow him to continue using his abilities in a limited capacity, including: 'back', which allows him to travel back in time; 'away', which is teleportation; and 'see', which allows him to see through the eyes of his dog, Forey. Many thought that Gordon, who had no eyes, was going to be a take on this character, however their powers were rather different (although Gordon could teleport). Hopefully that means there's still a chance Reader can appear in the show, because he could be awesome and powerful if done right, plus, y'know, TV shows can always do with more cute canine sidekicks.
