Endlessly devoted to Supreme witch Fiona Goode, he had spent much of his life covering up for her many secrets, including an infamous murder, and even cut out his own tongue so he wouldn't tell anyone about her crimes.

Between this disturbing loyalty and his passion for sharing tea parties with his doll collection - and later Madison's corpse - Spalding was a pivotal villain, though not quite as explored as others on this list.
