Arrow: 10 Characters Who Should Join Season 5

2. Lady Shiva

Arrow Nightwing
DC

It seems that Arrow is never truly going to leave The League of Assassins alone for long regardless of how many seasons the show lasts for. As such, Lady Shiva is a character who makes perfect sense for an appearance in The CW’s Stephen Amell-starrer.

Much like many others trained by The League, Shiva is one of the deadliest fighters on the planet. Whether that’s hand-to-hand or with weapons thrown into the mix, it doesn’t make a difference to Shiva as she still usually comes out on top when it comes to any fight she’s involved in.

Another intriguing factor about bringing Lady Shiva into the mix is that she’s also a character who, whilst usually depicted as a no-good villain, is someone at times who has fought on the right side of the fence, particularly when becoming a member of the Birds of Prey team. Additionally, she has a certain sense of respect for the ability and dedication of heroes, regardless of whether she’s fighting for good or for bad.

With Arrow often relying on street-level, non-powered heroes and villains (especially given how poorly the magical element of Season 4 was handled at times), Lady Shiva turning up in Star City on League of Assassins business would make perfect sense.
