Arrow: 10 Questions We're Asking After Beyond Redemption
5. What Will Conklin Do To Oliver?
Once again the flashback sequences aren't terrible, another sign of the quality of this season. It's still not entirely clear what's going on, but when you only get a few snapshots within an episode of life on the island, the plot is going to move a little bit slower. This week we have Oliver continuing on his mission to not kill the woman, and get to see more of the distrust Conklin has of him. He just about manages to get away with things, using some neat trickery to convince him she really is dead, and that should be the end of it. However, he later finds Oliver's bag, and the cat quickly leaps out of it. It's safe to say Conklin is really onto him now, and he's not the type who'll back down easily. I imagine he may play a bit of a slow game here, but a showdown is certainly on the cards, right? And we still haven't seen an awful lot of the man behind all of this, Baron Reiter, nor do we know exactly what he's up to.
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
