Arrow: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

A solid addition to the first two seasons of Arrow that just gradually faded from existence, Walter Steele was a close friend of Robert Queen who essentially inherited his empire upon his disappearance.

Married to Moira and in charge of Queen Consolidated, there were a lot of reasons for Oliver (and the viewers) to dislike him, but in a rather surprising twist, there was no underlying motive here - Walter was an admirable man through and through and, although his temper came out from time-to-time, there wasn't a bad bone in his body.

Like much of the original line-up of supporting characters, Walter was a well fleshed-out asset to the show who unfortunately became less relevant as it grew more far-fetched - so much so that it's hard to imagine a place for him in the show that it has become.
