Arrow: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best
21. Isabel Rochev
Isabel Rochev's introduction in the second season of Arrow positioned the character as a rather intriguing one and, for the most part, that's exactly what she turned out to be. She was intentionally illusive and that made her all the more interesting, as Oliver (and us) wondered whether she could be trusted or not - the answer was, of course: No.
From staging an attempted hostile takeover of Queen Consolidated to shockingly aligning herself with Deathstroke, she managed to make every moment count during her 9-episode stint on the show and, in doing so, proved to be a rather formidable foe.
Though the writers could maybe have used her a little more, Summer Glau was nothing short of magnificent in the role and, together, they achieved everything they set out to do with the character.
