Arrow Season 4: 10 Huge Things Learned From San Diego Comic-Con
8. New Comic Characters

Season 4 will see the integration of a few new characters from DC comics lore.
The first is Mr. Terrific. Played by Echo Kellum, Mr. Terrific will be the alter ego of technological savant and inventor Curtis Holt who enters the narrative as an employee at Palmer Technology. Producers have confirmed that Holt will be a friend to Felicity who happens to be gay. A LGBT presence on the show that is neither a vaguely evil assassin nor has been shot full of arrows and shoved dead into an industrial freezer is progress.
A traditionally anarchist antihero who goes by the name of Anarky will appear as well. Played by Alexander Calvert, Anarky - otherwise known as Lonnie Machin - will be a dangerously intelligent man willing to do anything to impress a prospective employer.
The big new face to be seen in Season 4 is Damien Darhk. Played by Neal McDonough, not much is officially known of him beyond his status as a contemporary of Ra’s al Ghul who’s spent the last couple of centuries subsisting off of stolen Lazarus Pit waters and building criminal organization H.I.V.E. Producers have described him as a pure evil villain completely lacking a personal code to restrain him in his atrocities.
