It's taken a while to get there, but finally in season 4 Oliver Queen is going to become the hero everyone thought he would be all along: Green Arrow. The character is lighter and funnier than the iterations we've seen before, and hopefully the show will be doing it justice. It's one thing to change the costume and add in the word 'Green', but another to really make the transition. Green Arrow cracks jokes as he's beating up the bad-guys, he's loved by the city, is best friends with Green Lantern, and carries around a quiver of trick arrows, such as the boxing glove arrow that was teased last year. Granted the show may not be introducing Hal Jordan anytime soon (although one can hope), but apart from that there's no reason they can't have Oliver cracking wise, becoming a more beloved hero, and having some speciality arrows - the boxing glove is a must, but maybe leave out the cat arrow - would really help in properly establishing the character as one closer to his comics counterpart, and giving the show a lighter tone and more humour.
