At its very core, Team Arrow is Oliver, Felicity, and Diggle. The original trio who teamed-up to take on the bad guys right from the start, the downside to the expansion of the cast has been the reduction in screentime of just the three of them working together. The chemistry and dynamic between them has generally been one of the strongest parts of the show, and the sidelining of Diggle and change of Felicity both really hurt things in season 3. While it's accepted that Team Arrow is a bigger beast now, with a fancy new HQ to prove it, having at least a few moments of just these three characters being together, and working on defeating an enemy, would be great to see, because they're so good together on-screen, and are very much the irreplaceable heart of the team.
