9. Just How Many Secret Organisations Are Out There?

A.R.G.U.S. H.I.V.E. S.H.A.D.O.W.S.P.I.R.E. S.H.I.E.L...oh, wait, that's Marvel, thankfully. And of course Shadowspire doesn't need any periods, which is also great news. But really, there are so many secret organisations kicking around in Arrow right now, and none of them operating on a particularly legal or 'good guy' level. Hell, there's even a joke about the amount of them made at Andy's expense. On top of the three already mentioned, we've also got the League of Assassins, and probably a couple of others I'm forgetting about. All of them are still active and a part of the show, so that's quite the juggling act it needs to perform. We've already seen the League fall by the wayside this season, but they'll be back in action pretty soon. I wonder if there are any hidden connections between these groups that we've not seen yet, or if some allegiances could be formed, and indeed whether there are more to come.
