Arrow Season 4: 12 Questions We're Asking After 'Canary Cry'

10. Will Evelyn Return?

With Laurel dead, no one was expecting the Black Canary to be around in Star City, unless Sara Lance made a surprising return (wishful thinking, perhaps).

However, there she was, using the Canary Cry and all - except it wasn't Laurel back from the dead, it was a 16-year-old girl who'd been captured by Darhk and held at Reddington (I'm very glad Oliver explained what that was).

This throws up a few questions, not least how a 16-year-old gymnast was able to easily acquire the tech, modify it to match her vocal chords, hold her own against the Green Arrow, acquire a gun, and waltz into the building that was supposedly on high alert for her presence.

All of that is the kind of stuff that, unfortunately, gets waved away of course. But what about her presence at the end of the episode? Does this indicate that we could be seeing a bit more of Evelyn (she is loosely based on one of the Birds of Prey from the New-52) in the future, or was it simply providing closure for the character?
